Dean Perry

Managing Director. Mortgage Broker

With 20 years of experience in banking and finance starting at NatWest in the UK, and continuing with Australia’s major banks as a Lending Manager and Regional Executive; Dean understands the complexities of the mortgage industry and the importance of finding the right loan for your unique situation.  

During this time Dean has helped countless people to purchase homes or source better rates. 

Dean helps to simplify the lending journey making it a seamless process from start to finish. He prides himself on managing each relationship ongoing and has many return clients. 

His goal is to provide expert guidance, personalised solutions, and a stress free experience from start to finish.   

Dean has an innovative and resourceful mind and approaches each clients loan with the same diligence and care as if it were his own loan. 

Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, refinancing, or investing in property, Dean takes the time to understand your needs and financial goals.  

Dean has three children and lives on the sunny central coast with his wife Kristen who is also in the business. In his spare time, Dean can be found walking his dog Winston on the beach, heading to the gym or taking family holidays abroad.

Kristen Perry

Business Manager. Broker Support

Kristen brings a diverse background in marketing, communications, and events to her role as Business Manager and Broker Support. Her experience in these fields has given her a strong foundation in organisation, client relations, and problem-solving—skills that are essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. 

More recently, Kristen qualified as a nurse, further strengthening her ability to approach every interaction with care, empathy, and attention to detail. She is highly resourceful, ensuring that both our team and clients receive the support they need throughout the mortgage process. 

With her combination of professionalism and a genuine passion for helping others, Kristen plays a key role in delivering the exceptional service that defines Blue Sky Mortgage Solutions. 

In her spare time, Kristen can be found exploring the Central Coast with her three young children and cavoodle. She is also an active member of the NSW RFS as a Firefighter and prides herself on giving back to her local community.
